This is Bryan (the one with the kittens). Bryan is a Nintendo fanboy. On 9/26/06 we received our first Nintendo Wii development kits and I gave him our first one. He opened it and savored the moment and of course I caught it on film.

Carlsbad CA 2003

On Sept 20th 2003 Donna and I got to go to a grand event. It was the official grand opening of Sammy Studios Carlsbad. The building was beautiful and I have a feeling a ton of dough was spent on this party. Little did we know at the time that this studio in it's current form would be short lived. 2 years later Sammy bowed out of Carlsbad for a few reasons and Sammy Studios became High Moon Studios. High Moon is still around and you can go to their website to read about the 2 games that they have done since 2005.

This is Chris. He is the President of Point of View Inc. He and Mark and I went on a full day fishing trip out of Dana Point. We got on the boat and went to sleep and woke up in the waters off of Mexico. It was a really fun trip.

Donna and I are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary today! Yay us!

Here is a scanned image from that wonderful day. Donna couldn't find any shoes that she liked so she bought white Vans and glued flowers on them. They were a hit!

Wookiees win! Wookiees win! The first softball team I played on for LucasArts was Let The Wookiees Win. It was a fun team as you can see by our team picture. It was the ultimate beer league. The league actually provided a keg of beer.

This is Bob. Bob is holding The Scorpion King: Rise of the Akkadian strategy guide. Scorpion King was the first original game I worked on. On the launch day of each game we worked on, we would take the team out to lunch. For Scorpion King we went to The Irvine Spectrum to look at the game on the shelves and then we headed over to Dave and Buster's for lunch.

This is Cappy's Cafe in Newport Beach. This was our breakfast place of choice after surfing and before work. You can see my 68 Dodge Dart with the surfboards on top parked in the parking lot. These days, no car = no surfing.

Here I am taking my hair on a date to Fat Burger in Irvine. When I was working at Point of View we went there every other week. Back then my hair did this thing where it would grow out from the sides and get really curly and look like Krusty The Clown and then it would get shaved off (not for charity) and start all over again.

This is Donna eating dinner with me at La Mediterranee. For our first 6th months up here Donna was looking for a job. The economy was pretty bad and it was slow going. We would eat out most every night I was home in time for dinner to keep things fun.
