For Christmas 06 Point of View asked me to BBQ for the company Holiday Party. I begged borrowed and stole 4 large charcoal BBQs and smoked up 8 turkeys for 100 some odd people. It turned out great and I still get emails for the recipe.Saturday, December 19, 2009
