One A Day - On This Day in 2008

San Francisco CA Coit Tower

On this day in 2008 Donna and I went to the Coit Tower celebration. They had classic cars so we took a self portrait in the reflection.

Look What I Saw Today!

San Francisco CA

So I have had some time off recently. If you don't know why go back to 9/1/2010 for the surprise. I have been out and about in The City and taking more photos than ever. This is what I saw today through my lenses.

I really cool triangular shadow creeping up a tall building

The blue sky reflecting in these widows up close

The same photo but a less intimate crop.

A Chinatown Foo Dog taken with my Lensbaby.

Orange CA Our House

On this day in 2005 we took our new fondue pot for a test spin on our Tiki themed patio. It's a great patio and a great fondue pot. One day we will be back to enjoy it.

One A Day - On This Day in 2006

Costa Mesa CA David's Bridal Shop

On this day in 2006 I was hanging with my awesome wife while she tried on Bride's Maid Gowns. It was in preparation for an up and coming wedding that she was going to be in. The wedding didn't end up going off but at least I have this photo.

One A Day - On This Day in 2004

Orange CA

On this day in 2004 Donna and I found a few cool bike trails in Orange. We were riding them for the first time and we came across this little playground. I took a reflection picture. In the reflection you can see my very first digital camera.

One A Day - On This Day in 2003

Newport Beach CA

On this day in 2003 Donna and I went to a Scotch tasting seminar. We sprung for a hotel room because we were not sure how much tasting was going to be required. I found a place in the bathroom that had nice reflections.

One A Day - On This Day in 2005

Newport Beach CA Newport Beach Pier

On this day in 2005 there was no surf so we went to the pier for breakfast and took pictures. Here is a nice shot of the pier reflected in the windows of the Life Guard offices.

One A Day - On This Day in 2005

Orange CA 2005 Adams Ave

This is the street in front of our house. Yea street, not lake or pond. We had some rain and our sewers backed up. This happens whenever it rains down there because our sewer system was only designed to handle sprinkler runoff for when we over water our lawns (as we do in Southern California).

One A Day - On This Day in 2008

San Francisco CA The LDAC Parking Garage (where I work)

On this day in 2008 we were working a ton to get our game done. We had dinner brought in every night and one night a week they would bring in The Taco Truck. We were able to order what ever we wanted so there were all kinds of eating contests and burrito comas. This is Matt putting in his order.

One A Day - On This Day in 2009

San Francisco CA Civic Center 2009

On this day in 2009 I saw a reflection I liked. This is one of the buildings down in the civic center near the Opera House. The blue glass with the blue sky made me like this photo so I thought I would share.

One A Day - On This Day in 2008

San Francisco CA 2008 Cafe Majestic

On this day in 2008 Donna and I wanted a fancy breakfast. We went to Cafe Majestic which is a somewhat fancy hotel near us. It was an excellent breakfast. Going to breakfast at a hotel makes you feel like you are on vacation. You should try it.

One A Day - On This Day in 2005

Orange CA 2005 Our House

On this day in 2005 we came home to BB holes in our front window. No one was hurt and we assume it was just a prank because I am not in a gang. We took photos to send to the insurance company but I ended up just getting it replaced without using insurance.
